Returns & Exchange

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect selection of style or color
• Items that do not meet expectations due to natural variations in materials

Each LING LAN piece is individually created and cannot be returned to inventory as a standard item.

Quality Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is a quality issue caused by craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Made-to-order Jewelry

Many LING LAN pieces are created after your order is placed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production may begin shortly after your order is received, cancellation or modification requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase.

After production has started, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
